Original 1st printing 14 x 21&1/8" concert poster for Cream with Blood, Sweat and Tears (featuring Al Kooper), Jeremy Steig and the Satyrs and the James Cotton Blues Band at the Fillmore Auditorium and Winterland in San Francisco, CA on 3/7-10/1968.

Art by Stanley Mouse, image is number 110 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series. Medium flat stock poster is in good (B to B/B-) condition; light toning, a set of tack holes, light handling/edge wear, scattered surface smudges, a few small splatter/oil stains, tape pulls/masking tape residue and staining on the reverse and a subtle moisture wave to the paper (this one looks like it was displayed outdoors/exposed at some point), still it's an overall very charming-looking example of this classic Cream poster.
