Original 1st/only printing 14 x 22&1/4" concert poster for the Grateful Dead with Charlie Musselwhite and Petris at the Carousel Ballroom in San Francisco, CA on 5/30-6/1/1968.

Art by Alton Kelley, image ("Memorial") is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 179 (plate 2.160). Medium-thick flat stock poster is in good to very good shape; a moderate amount of creasing/assorted bends, a 4 x 3" area of creasing in the lower left corner, light edge wear, otherwise OK- no tears or holes... about a B condition overall. This is the "blocked dates" version with the days of the week at the top of the poster blacked out with magic marker.
