Original 1st/only printing 6&5/8 x 11" concert flyer for the Grateful Dead with Jefferson Airplane and Fleetwood Mac at the Carousel Ballroom in San Francisco on 6/7-9/1968.

Art by Patrick Lofthouse, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 180 (plate 2.165). Thick flat stock flyer is in decent shape; slight handling/surface wear (slight patina/toning/foxing throughout) a minor amount of corner wear (slight discoloration in all four corners from fun-tak on the reverse), otherwise OK, about a B to B/B+ overall. Classic Carousel Airplane/Dead piece.
