Art by Donnie Dope, image is number 121 (card #67) in the Russ Gibb Presents/Grande series and is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 301 (plate 3.146). Medium-thin flat stock card is in very good shape; light handling wear and a couple of tape stains/pulls on the reverse, otherwise fine, about a B/B+ condition overall.
